How long does a film take?
Portraits 3 days, Moments 7, Stories 14, from character approval. Occasion films are scheduled around your date.
What do I get with a guide?
A PDF and a plain-text file of every prompt, delivered instantly. Keep it forever.
Refunds
Guides: contact us within 14 days if something is faulty or not as described. Films: full refund if the likeness fails after two attempts; non-refundable once characters are approved, because the film is made only for you. Full terms.
