Terms of sale

Prompt packs are digital products sold by Yoth Studio. Payment is processed by our checkout provider, which acts as the seller of record and handles payment and applicable taxes.

Your purchase gives you a personal licence to use the prompts in your own work, including commercial projects. You may not resell, share or redistribute the packs themselves.

Refunds

Packs are delivered instantly. By completing your purchase you agree to immediate access, which means the standard 14-day cancellation period for digital content no longer applies once the download begins.

If a pack is faulty, incomplete or not as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll correct it or refund you in full.

Personalised films

By sending a request you confirm that everyone in the photos has agreed to be animated, and that you are the parent or guardian of anyone under 18. We don't animate public figures, or create explicit, hateful or embarrassing content.

Work begins once your order is confirmed and paid; Occasion films require a 50% deposit. You approve your character designs before animation starts. If we can't capture a likeness after two attempts, we'll refund you in full. Once characters are approved, payments are non-refundable because the film is made specifically for you.

Your photos are used only to create your film and are deleted 30 days after delivery. The finished film is yours for personal use. We only share it publicly as an example of our work if you've given permission.

Privacy

When you join a list or send an enquiry, we store your email address, the name you give us and what you signed up for. We use it only to contact you about that. We don't sell or share it.

You can unsubscribe from any email, or ask us to delete your details at any time, on our help page.
